Orders are usually shipped out same or next business day of receiving full payment via UPS or USPS.

Return Policy & Terms of Condition


Our 14-day Satisfaction Guarantee assures our customers that they will receive all orders promptly and exactly as described. In addition, it allows customers to return new and unused products in original factory condition for any reason within 14 days from the date of delivered. Please note all returns must be pre-approved by The SF shop Inc. and have a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number-unauthorized returns will not be accepted. The buyer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs and for sufficiently packing, insuring, and returning the item in "new" condition-used products will not be accepted. Our sales location may different from warehouse location. (so must contact us first for return instruction)


We will replace the item with an identical item, issue a full store credit for the value of the item, or issue a refund for the value of the item. If your purchase was made during a free shipping promotion, we will also deduct the shipping charge (as calculated by www.ups.com / www.usps.com published rate) from the total amount.


Under no condition will The SF shop Inc. be liable for any damages, and in particular will not be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, or damages for lost properties, revenue or use, arising out of or related to the The SF Shop Inc. account or the information contained within it, whether such damages arose in contract, negligence, tort, under statute, in equity, at law or otherwise. The sole and exclusive maximum liability to The SF Shop Inc. arising from any product sold on TheSFshop-Com eBay account shall be the price of the product ordered.
